Infiniti Digital2

The work on Infiniti has been on the Loyalty Marketing side, driving retention for after sales parts and service. All of the Infiniti work is data-driven from a strong analytics team. Before creative is started on the larger campaigns, a strategy is created based on the seasonal mindset of the driver for that time period. All of the projects, whether it be a microsite, mobile app, seasonal campaign, a CRM piece, or a large promotional event, are targeted to a specific segment (ie. new owner, retained, recapture, at risk, lessee, etc). This requires each piece to be designed with numerous areas for variable content, including offers specifically selected for each segment. This makes the Infiniti work almost as technical as it is creative.

Infiniti Digital CRM

Once we get a customer's info into the Infiniti database, we start communicating with them right away. I helped create this digital CRM program that serves up information relative to that reader, whether they are a prospect, an owner looking for maintenance schedules, or a lessee looking for info on the latest and greatest from Infiniti.


Infiniti Owners' Portal

The Infiniti Owners' Portal is a website built just for owners and is separate from the corporate sales site. It makes it easy for owners to find the information that is relevant to them based on where they are in their ownership cycle. The page is designed with modules and as you navigate the site the modules change to serve up relevant information about your car.

Below are a few images from the site. The first image is the initial landing page where you would select which of your Infinitis you want info about.
In this sample, the driver is looking up information pertaining to their leased 2011 FX35.

The image below has the vehicle selector hidden and the carousel serves up an exclusive offer for the lessee.

When the driver selects "vehicle service" the modules change and serve up new information that is relevant to the service of their leased FX35.


Infiniti App for Owners

To accompany the Infiniti Owners' Portal above, we pitched the idea of having a mobile app. This would give owners quick access to customized content based on their vehicle.
