La Botanica

La Botanica started off in a humble kitchen in California. The artisan sold her small batch bath and body products at local farmer's markets, and before long, she had gained a substantial following. As her consumer base grew, she decided she needed a more polished look for her brand, and that's when we were brought on-board. As we was strategized with the client about possible design directions, she mentioned that she had always loved vintage illustrations, especially those of botanicals. This was a great jumping off point as this style of illustration was often used in the study of botany. Her products are pure and simple, so we wanted the design to reflect this...keeping the colour palette to a simple black and white, with just a splash of green to give a nod to the all natural aspect of her products.
